Downtown views development has three is a High Rise Residential towers.
The development consists of a podium (G+9) and a high rise towers (G+59 stories). The Tower consists of a mix of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 Bedroom units, total 1500 apartments
The challenge
Designing & deploying innovative ICT, AV & Digital technologies to meet the high security and performance requirements for the Downtown Views Residences consisting of total 1500 apartments.

Emaar technologies responsible for full scope AV, ICT design, supervision and handover.
